Why we do it

Helping others be faithful in stewarding their finances.

This is the mission underneath everything else — the strategy, the bookkeeping, the dashboards, the late nights. It's why we show up.

Whoever is faithful in very little is also faithful in much, and whoever is unrighteous in very little is also unrighteous in much. So if you have not been faithful with worldly wealth, who will trust you with what is genuine? And if you have not been faithful with what belongs to someone else, who will give you what is your own?

— Luke 16

What being faithful actually looks like.

In Luke 16, Jesus tells his disciples that faithfulness with money is a test of faithfulness with everything else. Being "faithful" may include setting a significant giving objective — but it may also look like dependably and reliably generating strong returns and many multiples on invested capital (parable of the talents — Matthew 25).

We have defined four key areas of financial faithfulness:

  • 01Increasing profits
  • 02Generating higher cash flow
  • 03Reducing reliance on financial instruments (including debt)
  • 04Giving generously

We show up to work every day because of this mission: to help others be faithful in the stewardship of their finances.

At the end of the day, money isn't the prize. Jesus is.

As the song goes, "I'd rather have Jesus than silver or gold, I'd rather be His than have riches untold."
